Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
This policy keeps ZenHost safe and reliable for everyone. It applies to everything you host, send or register through us.
You must not use ZenHost to
Break the law, or host content that is illegal under Kenyan law or the law that applies to your visitors.
Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or run mailing operations that generate excessive complaints.
Host malware, phishing pages, or content designed to defraud or deceive.
Infringe others' intellectual property, or publish material you have no right to.
Attack, probe or overload our systems or anyone else's, or attempt to bypass account limits or security.
Fair use of shared resources
Shared hosting plans share resources between many sites. Sustained, unusually heavy use that degrades service for others may require you to move to a larger plan. We will always talk to you before acting where we reasonably can.
Enforcement
Where content or activity puts our platform, our other customers, or third parties at risk, we may remove content or suspend a service. We prefer to warn first and give you a chance to fix the problem, but urgent security or legal issues may require us to act immediately.
Serious or repeated breaches can lead to termination under our Terms of Service.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse of a ZenHost-hosted service, email support@zenhost.africa with the details and we will investigate.
